How does it work?

If you are travelling to the UK you will need to take a day 2 COVID-19 test.  If you are fully vaccinated this can be a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) which you can purchase from us and we will send to you.  You will then be able to take your own sample and carry out the Lateral Flow Test before loading a photograph of the test result to our website after which we will issue you with a certificated result in accordance with government requirements.  You can take a ‘day 2’ test at any time from the time of your arrival (ie on day zero) up to the end of day 2.

Where do I find my booking reference?

After purchasing your kits you will receive two emails from Cellmark. The first email confirms receipt of your order. The purpose of the second email is to:

  1. provide you with your unique Cellmark booking reference(s) which you are required to enter on your passenger locator form,
  2. provide you with a link to our 'Travel Information form' which you'll need to complete before we can send you your kits. Cellmark needs to collect this information in compliance with public health legislation and so that it can be passed on with the result of your test to the UK Health Security Agency.

How do I register my result?

  1. Take your test following the instructions provided in the kit kit.
  2. Fill out your details on the label on the outside of the kit box.
  3. After 15 minutes place the LFD cassette onto the marked area on the label.
  4. Take photos of the box label and cassette using your mobile phone (see below for more information)
  5. Visit our website and click on ‘activate’ (top right of the home page)
  6. Select ‘I am registering the result of a Lateral Flow test’.
  7. Complete our 'Day 2 LF Test' online form and upload your photos for us to review.

Taking your Photos

We require two photographs of your Lateral Flow Device to verify your test result before we can issue your certificate. Both of your photographs must be clear and in focus. If the photographs you provide are unsuitable we will be not be able to provide you with your certificate and you will need to take another test.
