Orders must be received by 3.00pm for kits to be despatched that day. Cellmark does not send out kits on a Saturday or Sunday. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays during postage.
Individuals being tested must 'Activate' their kit via this website at the time of sampling (details provided in the kit). Failure to do so may result in delays processing the result.
All results are reported to your nominated testing co-ordinator by email within 24 hours of receipt at the laboratory.
