Choose either our 'Verified by Video' service or self-sample unwitnessed. Then post in your local Royal Mail priority post box.

We will test your sample and email you your result within 12-24 hours of receipt.

The prices listed below are the total price you pay. It includes VAT and postage. We send the kits to you by Royal Mail next day Special Delivery and pay for tracked 24 return postage back to our laboratory for testing.

Not all countries have the same travel certificate requirements and requirements may change as the pandemic evolves. Cellmark’s Verified by Video service provides additional reassurance that, because your identification was independently checked when your sample was taken, your certificate is more likely to be accepted during your travels.
Cellmark provides a RT-qPCR (Reverse Transcription quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) COVID-19 test. This is the gold-standard laboratory test for COVID-19 and is the requirement for entry into many overseas countries.
PCR testing is the most sensitive way to test for COVID-19. It is able to detect a coronavirus infection several days before an individual is thought to be infectious and will detect the virus if the individual is infected but doesn’t have any symptoms.
We provide a 12-24hr service, depending on the time of arrival of the samples at our laboratory, with the majority of results reported on the day of receipt if the samples arrive with us before 11.00am. Testing capacity at both our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) and Chorley (Lancashire) laboratories helps us to deliver service excellence to our customers across the UK.
We know that having to arrange a test so close to departure can be a stressful time and so choosing a laboratory with a reliable record for service delivery is important.
Cellmark’s COVID-19 PCR testing service is accredited to the international quality standard ISO 17025 by the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS). Our COVID-19 service was first approved by the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) in June 2020 and Cellmark is listed on the UK Government’s list of approved private COVID-19 testing laboratories for general testing (as well as for the provision of Test to Release day 5 testing).
Cellmark has provided Fit to Fly results for thousands of travellers. However, different countries have different travel certificate requirements which may change as the pandemic evolves. It is the traveller’s responsibility to confirm that the type and timing of any COVID-19 test they take meets the requirements of the authorities in their destination country.
