Cellmark Expands COVID-19 Testing Account Management Team

Cellmark recently welcomed Karen Hodgkinson into the Account Management Team to provide additional support for Cellmark’s COVID-19 testing customers.  As well as her keen customer services ethos, Karen has a strong science background with a degree in Biology and over 20 years’ forensic science experience.

Karen Hodgkinson commented “I’m really enjoying my new role in the COVID-19 testing Account Management Team; as well as liaising with customers and helping to set up new testing programmes, it is a great opportunity to assist by answering queries and communicating the new services we have been developing.”

Karen is based at Cellmark’s COVID-19 testing laboratories in Chorley, Lancashire but she provides assistance to customers across the UK who require COVID-19 testing quotations or advice around the process and logistics.

Karen added “As the pandemic has progressed we have been working hard to help our business customers maintain a safe working environment as well assisting both our commercial and private customers with international travel.”
